The CWT - OXC Nozzle Adapter Kit was designed to be a drop-in solution to the Sovol SV08 platform as a V6 swappable abrasion resistant hot end kit. Featuring a revised Titanium 6AL-4V heatbreak tube, it is designed with firearms and aerospace manufacturing cues to provide you with the strongest heat break tube with allowable tolerances to the heatsink. Using a USA-Made Bonding solution, there is 0 leakage up to +300°C and resistive against thermal expansion rates between different materials. Interchangeability between different variants of Reprap V6 nozzles ensures that 2500HV Abrasion-Resistant DLC coating provides a thermally efficient solution to abrasive filaments while improving the thermal conductivity to the filament path and melt zones.
