Six 23T idlers are needed for a IDEX/Hybrid VC4, and two for a standard VC3.
Note: Do not overtighten bolt, and make sure that shims are within accepted tolerances for the part. If you feel binding that was not there when everything was loose, make sure that neither of these problems are taking place.
